Please note the following:
While at the house, pool and Tiki bar lights are not allowed after 10 PM.
The pool is 24’x 14’ wide and 4.6 feet deep.
No diving is permitted.
The pool is heated.
Loud music in the pool area over 75 decibels is strictly not allowed.
Trash pick-up comes every Monday morning. Please set trash out Sunday night.
